C40 Actuator (224775)
The C40 is a heavy-duty versatile electric chain drive. This unit offers a powerful 400n motor and chain length of 500mm with 7 position adjustments. Simple quick .t connection to window, and end stroke current absorption avoids adjustments during closing action and avoids possible positioning errors of the actuator. An electronic device for traction force control allows speed reduction during the last 100mm of stroke. Available as an USA2 synchronised unit offering up to 3 actuator working in unison.

C240 Dual Chain Actuator
With its modern and innovative design, the C240 naturally suits top hung windows wider than 2mt. and, in general, to all kind of faηade windows.
Its accurate and stylish aluminium profile that contains the electrical and mechanical parts was conceived for all applications where the aesthetical aspect is not only functional but even predominant.
Swivelling fitting brackets adjustable at any position all along the profile allow a swivel movement of the actuator. This is a constant aspect of all TOPP products that guarantees better performances and less wear of chain, gear and motor. In other words, a product of longer life.
The C240 comes with rigid double link chains that guarantee very high resistance on top loads, and it offers a simple quick fit installation to window.
The actuator can suit the specified length (from 1500mm up to 4000mm), according to the exact window width, to realise high-quality, accurate window openings.

This unit offers a fast and easily adjustable fitting bracket, double insu lation and testing to IP55. Designed to move large skylights, dome structures, thin plate and sunshade blades, this streamline profile allows excellent light penetration. The motor consists of two assembled parts: The motor reducer and the pushing bar. The linear motor comes with 600n thrust and pushing bars in 5 lengths 180mm, 230mm, 350mm, 550mm and 750mm.

This new operator is based upon the standard 250mm Midi operator but we at BJP have re-designed and manufactured it longer to accommodate the morse 400mm chain opener. The beauty of this operator is that it still incorperates the spent travel tube inside the casing and doesnt look out of place when fixed.
